Ladies it's important to know your body type so you know how to dress according to the shape of your body.

Banana-shaped. Also known as straight shaped tend to be petite with hip, bust and waist measuring around the same.

For this shape I say go for pretty much anything angular or bold with shape. For example a skater dress or anything that's not shapeless.

Some people believe banana shaped women shouldn't wear a dress that

hangs straight down but I say if you really wanted to wear one then try wearing a waist belt with it. That'll do the trick.

Apple-shaped Women that tend to have broader shoulders and bust, and narrower hips.

I would recommend loose and flowing clothing especially when it comes to trousers and skirts as it will even out with your top half.

Oversized jumperdress or a oversized shirt with skinny jeans is a nice and simple look to go for if you ever run out of ideas. I wouldn't advice skintight clothing and tops with horizontal stripes as it will only make you look wider.

Hourglass shape. Well that's self-explanatory. Females with hips and bust that measures the same or almost the same size with a narrow waist.

Jumpsuits are always great, pencil skirts, high waisted, bodycons and A-lines. Oversized jumper with a thick corset belt will give you that effortless look with a snatched waist.

With your body type you honestly dont need to always "do the most" a simple top and jeans/fitted skirt with a nice pair of heels will look as good. Remember simplicity can be beautiful.

Pear-shaped. Females with small bust and larger around the hips.

With this body type I think it's pretty easy to shop for it's just a case of choosing wisely. Skinny jeans with long blouse/shirt is a easy go to.

Go for anything that enhances your shoulders. Example... coats with belts and tops and blazers with shoulder pads. Culottes trousers will look good on your body shape. I wouldn't advice A-line dresses as it wont sit right on your body.
